to the person or the pain that
closed it to begin with

Forgiveness is a healing process.
There are no short cuts.
The process may be difficult,
But the path, is one of moving towards
FEELING WHOLE AGAIN,
Being able to live with a wound that doesn't stand in your way
by dragging your life through inflamed anger,
sadness and other challenging feelings,
Perhaps even allowing the wound to completly heal.
Whether the hurt was light or heavy, the pain we're left to deal with
always entails the understanding of

Finding what to do with the repetitive story in your mind
Create your own roadmap towards forgiveness
NO EXPERIENCE IN MEDITATION IS NEEDED
THE WORKSHOP INCLUDES:
Talk on forgivenss
Personal contemplation time
Group discussion with feedback from the teacher
Creating a personal "path for forgiveness'
