Many people fear they can’t meditate because they are unable to quite their minds. But this is simply not how meditation works. I would love the opportunity to show you how anyone can reap the benefits of meditation.

I've been practicing meditation for nearly 20 years, it has changed my life, it can do the same for you!

 

MEDITATION IS A LIVE AND DYNAMIC CONVERSATION WITH LIFE

A space where you find the wisdom and courage to bring your life into alignment. 

A facilitator for a healthy and happy life style, to a strong inner core of stability and confidence.

It's extremly easy to get carried away with the busyness of life. There are always things to do, always pressing demands, and it's just easy to forget ourselves in them, to wake up from the trance too late, sometimes not at all.

But if you're here you're already stepping out of the trance. Probably looking for that 'something' that will give you a hand to break free from these loops.

 

Maybe you've heard about meditation and you want to try it for yourself, perhaps you've been practicing for some time and you long for a Sangha. Well, you've come to the right place.

There's an immense power we can tap into with the guidance of meditation - the practice and the teachings.

Why do I differentiate between practice and teaching? Because meditation is much more than sitting in lotus position without moving.

​

The wealth of meditation teachings goes back more than 2500 years.

 

Meditation helps with many areas of life:

  • Gaining focus and concentration - so you can make sharp decision and stay on course with your projects and changes

  • Developing wisdom -  to become your own authority, making decisions that are right for you instead of being dependant on other's views and opinions

  • Become grounded - no more getting dragged into drama, get caught in loops of negative thoughts or loosing your centre in unexpected changes

The most powerful gift of meditation is that it brings you back to the authneitc self that you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE MEETING

90 minutes class that includes:

  • A talk on a changing theme

  • Guided meditation 

  • Q&A

No prior experience is needed. 

​

Meditation cushions are provided. You can bring your own if you wish.

​

Space is limited to 6 participants.
