FORGIVENESS

Meditation Workshop
Next dates for 2021 will be published soon

Have you experienced deep disappointment, hurt or betrayal and found it difficult to let it go ?

Do you continue to suffer from a painful event that happened in your past?

Perhaps you feel angry at how your life has evolved?

Does anger or other unresolved feelings affect your concentration,

your well-being, your finances or relationships ?

Has your grieving process reached the phase of anger but never move on from that?

There are prpbably many reason why you find it difficult to forgive and move beyond the hurt or the endless reconstruction of events in your...

It may be that you're afraid if you forgive you will allow yourself/the other person to repeat the same hurt or mistake

Perhaps the hurt was so big you don't even know how to start unwrap it, and forgiveness feels like miles away from you

Probably, most of all, because forgiveness means

to OPEN YOUR HEART

to the person or the pain that

closed it to begin with

Forgiveness is just not easy

"Only the grace of forgiveness can break

the straight logic of hurt and embitterment.

It gives you a way out,

because it places the conflict

on a completely different level."

JohnO'Donohue

Forgiveness is a healing process.

There are no short cuts.

The process may be difficult,

But the path, is one of moving towards

FEELING WHOLE AGAIN,

Being able to live with a wound that doesn't stand in your way

by dragging your life through inflamed anger,

sadness and other challenging feelings,

Perhaps even allowing the wound to completly heal.

Whether the hurt was light or heavy, the pain we're left to deal with

always entails the understanding of

HOW DO I OPNE UP MY HEART AGAIN?!

Does reading so far struck a cord in your heart?

Does it wake up the wish to discover how forgiveness can be possible for you?
