Self-love is the latest trend, but so often we discover that it's not so easy to actually experience giving true love to ourselves. "Fake it till you make it" doesn't really do the job, and we're conditioned to always just try harder and be better. That instils in us the idea that we are not enough, that there is always another version of us that will be better down the road.
In this meditation class you'll learn how to grow genuine self-love. A love that doesn't need to sugar-coat feelings like loneliness or sadness with a shopping spree or expensive vacations. You will begin to trust your needs and create a flow of abundance to get your life into alignment. Because when you generate self-love you generate the source of life itself.
