Shelly draws from 20 years of experience in the practice and teaching of meditation,
trained by some of the most celebrated teachers in the world,
to make it fun and accessible to anyone.
When it comes to meditation you'd probably want to learn from those who have gained
a first hand experience in the practice, and dealt with the kinds of challanges you deal with
to be able to guide you safely
