What It Takes To Break Free From Feeling Not Enough

You inner mess, incompleteness, crazy differences, worthy your bowing down. Winking at your otherness. Celebrating your chaos, the incomprehension. Laughing at the holes, the wear and tears of your invisible suit you have for this world. Smiling at the shadows of childhood memories. Keeping things under control will only increase the pressure. Perfection can never be reached. Others will always have a different rhythm than yours, a different idea of what's right. Your pain will always be real.

We all want to get rid of feeling not enough, but there's only one way to do it. Don't try to get rid of it.

Presence is the magic key. It opens all doors. The doors that need to be opened are those you instinctively want to turn your back to. Fearing it will destroy you, take you out of your comfort zone (even pain can become comfortable).

Presence is like an infinite container, taking everything in, without discrimination. In presence there is always space. Don't use your spirituality as a way to put to sleep your aliveness, let the sensations of burning remind you for a moment your aliveness. With presence, no matter what you find behind those doors, you shift from get-rid of to embracing. Suddenly discovering there's joy even in the most chaotic moments, the most threatening outbursts. Instead of over-coming, confronting, conquering, getting-rid of, over-writing, eliminating your fears, absorb them all in a steady presence. Letting them melt through the warmth of an unflinching beingness. Being unburdened by feelings of not-enoughness comes through the kindness of honouring anything that is alive in you. Know yourself as life, an oceanic love
